Capture, check, describe, confirm, report. The pack is extra evidence for building control — not a decision on the work.
Step 2
Photograph on site
The app records time and location. We keep a fingerprint of each original so the file stays as taken. Five photos should take about two minutes in ordinary conditions.
Step 3
Confirm the wording
WorksSeen can draft a short description. You review it. The wording is yours. The draft says what is visible; it does not decide compliance.
Step 4
The pack goes out
After a short review window the weekly report goes to the building-control body you appointed, with a copy to you and the client. Issued reports are not rewritten. A later correction is added as an addendum.
Other building types — HMOs, conversions, commercial work — are not in this release. Join the pilot.
